2013 Honda Accord Coupe with HFP Package

Honda Factory Performance package includes:
• Nineteen-inch alloy wheels
• Deck-lid spoiler
• Sport suspension that lowers the Accord Coupe by 0.6 inch and improves handling
• Cool body spoilers under the body in front, back, and on the sides
• Red interior lighting
• HFP badging and floor mats

• Honda's in-house aftermarket parts guys created this package for the 2013 Accord Coupe
• It comes out in spring 2013
• Only 500 will be sold
• HFP package comes with a three-year/36,000-mile warranty
• Honda also showed a 2013 Accord Sedan at SEMA with an optional appearance upgrade called the X-Package that you can buy now ($2,171 plus installation)

Honda HPD Supercharged CR-Z Concept

Honda Performance Development treatment includes:
• Supercharged four-cylinder engine making 198 horsepower
• Sport suspension
• Sport (loud) exhaust
• Special eighteen-inch wheels with high-performance tires
• Sport (right now) brakes

Key Points

• HPD, Honda's in-house racing development experts, do the Indy cars and limited work for racing customers. This is HPD's first street-ready, production car concept
• The CR-Z is a once coveted buzz bomb in need of this attention
• Yes, it’s a concept and not for sale, but Honda isn’t putting the HPD Supercharged CR-Z Concept out there for its health. It could make it to market if well received and requested by the public
• Honda knows it has to bring the magic if it wants to turn around its image as a maker of staid, "nice" cars
